All sales on the Restocks marketplace are final, for this reason you the buyer cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you accidentally made a purchase, please message your seller and communicate the mistake to the seller. It is up to the seller's discretion whether to cancel the order or proceed.
If your order has not been shipped after 5 days from the time it was purchased, you will be able to cancel the order for a full refund on the 6th day after the order was purchased. To cancel an unshipped order please email email@example.com with your order number.
